The post gathered over 2.4 million views and 300,000 likes in two weeks. On August 3rd, TikToker posted a video remixing the original Chloe video into an Impact Font thumbnail that read, "Is This The Grim Reaper Of Chicago?" with an arrow pointing to Chloe. On June 16th, 2022, TikToker Duetted with a "Beastboy / Guy Holding Up Four" meme, with a text overlay that read, "Never forget the actual choke hold "The Chicago Grip Reaper" had on mfs." The post gathered 4,000 plays and 300 likes in two months. The replies to the upload are variations on TikTokers calling Chloe the "Grip Reaper" of Chicago, and saying they "know it be gripping." The word "grip" as used here is a sexual innuendo (seen below). On February 13th, 2022, TikToker posted the same video, gathering over 5.9 million views and over 1 million likes in six months (see below). The replies to the post are from other TikTokers expressing their attraction to Chloe, as well as TikTokers calling them the "Chiraq Grim Reaper." Many users also call Chloe "the sanest Chicago resident," a tongue-in-cheek jab at their eccentric dialogue. On January 5th, 2022, TikToker posted a screen recording of the video to TikTok, gathering over 3.3 million views and over 600,000 likes in approximately seven months (see below). The post was a reference to Chicago rapper "Lil Reese," or "Resse Money Grim Reaper." The image showed an unassuming-looking young boy with a text overlay that read, "□□□□□□□dis da chicago grim reaper." The post received 22 upvotes and 17 replies in nearly 10 months. On October 16th, 2021, Redditer Jacksfilmsforehead44 posted a meme to /r/memes. On August 22, 2021, YouTube account Hip-Hop Daily posted a video titled, "Lil Reese: The Grim Reaper of Chicago." The upload received over 1 million views and over 20,000 likes in nearly one year.
